Head Infectious Diseases and Public Health
Dr Vijay V. Yeldandi, M.D., FACP, FCCP, FI DSA is a specialist in infectious diseases with a special interest in disorders of the immune system primarily recipients of transplants. An educator for his entire career. He is board certified in Infectious Diseases (ABIM, USA) and is currently the head of Infectious Diseases and Public Health at SHARE INDIA and a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago www.uihealth.care.
His work over the last three decades includes:
(1) laboratory research in antimicrobial resistance and molecular genetics (2) Translational research in infectious disease diagnostics (3) Clinical research in transplant infectious diseases; HIV epidemiology (4) Antimicrobial development and clinical trials (5) Public Health in India (6) Infection Prevention and Patient Safety (7) Six Sigma (Black Belt) in health care. His work in providing technical support to National AIDS Control Organization of Ministry of health and family welfare, Government of India has been funded by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: (2005-2025). He is a Fullbright Specialist December 2019- December 2022. His work has been recognized by several awards for excellence in teaching and leadership. He is a member of the Community of Practice for “Implementing Public Policy” Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Ms. Revina Suhasini Samuel has been with the organization since 2007 and currently Heads the Human Resources and Administration at SHARE INDIA-CDC Projects. With a vast experience in HR she has been actively involved in strategic organizational development, instilling positive work culture in the organization and improving overall workplace morale. She strives to develop a strong and vibrant human resource base for the organization.
Mr. Raj Kishore is a Logistics Manager holding a graduate degree in Commerce and has completed courses in DHA, DCA & Tally (7.2 version). Mr. Raj Kishore has over 10 years of experience in administration and finance. He works closely in training coordination and planning.
Ms. Sujatha Saradhi has pursued her Post Graduation in Masters in Social Work (MSW) and has been working with SHARE INDIA since the year 2008. She possesses over ten years of experience working with not for profit organizations, prominently working on HIV/AIDS. She is currently working as an Admn Executive with SHARE INDIA – CDC Projects.
Ms. Gandhamalla P. Sabitha Rani is a Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW) with a medical and psychiatric background. She has over two decades of experience in the field of public health research, implementing several projects related to HIV/AIDS, communicable diseases, and noncommunicable diseases, working with a variety of groups including tribal populations, HRGs, and key populations. Her primary responsibilities included project coordination, stakeholder management (NGOs / Public and Private), developing research tools, conducting and implementing research, data analysis and interpretation, and reporting. She has conducted numerous large-scale health and behavioural research studies and has authored numerous scientific and technical papers. She has been instrumental in coordination of the Global Medical Rotation Students program and supported the medical students with the smooth functioning of the projects in the state of Telangana. She has been engaged with research projects with renowned public health universities such as University of Illinois at Chicago and University of Chicago in Implementing clinical, social and Behavioural studies.
Mr. Chetananand Narsimulu is a HR and Logistics Executive with 8 years of experience in HR activities like pay rolling in SAP, Contract Labour Management etc. He has previously worked as Assistant Manager-HR/ER.He has completed his Master’s Degree in Labour Studies from Mumbai University.
Mr.Lakshmi Narasimhan has been with SHARE INDIA since 2007 and heads the Finance and Accounts team. He has over 35 years of experience in managing finance in various Industries and organisations like, manufacturing, book publishing, transport, hospitals and medical colleges. His role involves a continuous review of financial systems, focusing on procurement of the health sector goods, equipments and services. He has been instrumental in putting in place a robust system of internal control which is designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding economy, accountability and reliability of financial reporting.
Mr. Srinivas has completed M. Com from Andhra University and CA Articles from ICAI and has been with SHARE INDIA since 2005. With 25 years of experience and currently working as an Accounts Manager, he has maintained Books of accounts in Indian Accounting Standards up to the Audit level (including Fund Audit) adhering to all statutory compliances including Income Tax, Professional Tax, Provident Fund and others on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. During his tenure, he has governed funds from APSACS, CDC, LANCET, SNELLERS and other funding agencies in terms of follow up to receive the funds and disbursement of the funds. He initiated procurement of Capital Purchases as per the norms as per the requirements of the organization.
Mr P. Satish is a seasoned Finance professional holding a Bachelors in Commerce from Osmania University along with a Professional Degree in LL. B-Taxation and a Master Degree in Corporate Law from Osmania University. His job assignments in the past have been with Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Apollo Specialty Hospitals Private Limited, Wockhard Hospitals Limited, Nikhil Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Skyblue Aero Private Limited and Mediciti Hospitals Pvt Limited. He has essayed the role of Manager Accounts in his previous assignments. His strength lies in working on Tally ERP, Oracle Application and Various billing softwares like Insta, Medmantra and Wipro Soft.
Mr. Satish is also proficient in Finalisation of Accounts, Preparation of Trial Balance & Ledger Scrutiny, Profit & Loss a/c, Preparing Balance sheets, Reconciliations, Bank a/c, TDS Receivable, Customer and Vendor A/c, Accounting of TDS, making online / manual payments, e Filing of 24Q, 26Q & Correction Returns, Downloading Form16A from TRACES website and Calculating TDS on Salaries. He joins the Accounts team as an Accounts Officer.
Mr. M. Sai Bharath is a Project Associate, Finance & Accounts holding dual Masters in Cost & Management Accounting and Advanced Banking & Insurance from Acharya Nagarjuna University Guntur. Prior to SHARE INDIA he worked with Ram Info Digitech Pvt. Ltd under AP AGROS. His worked involved accounting operations, warehouse and logistics. He is well versed in Tally ERP, SAP-FICO and various billing software like Phoenix and QuickBooks.
Mr. Titus Samraj is an IT Manager with a rich experience in Hardware and Networking Technologies. He is a certified Microsoft System Administrator and holds an Honor’s Diploma in Computer Applications. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Secretary ship, a Masters in Information Technology. He has a rich experience in hosting Webinars using Adobe Connect Software. In his previous assignment, Titus was working with Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI- QMS BB Project) and I-TECH India.
Mr. Rakesh Pradhan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer application from Shobit University. He also holds a Diploma in Aeronautical engineering. He is a Microsoft certified System Administrator with an overall experience of more than 15 years, working in different sectors. His previous assignment was with Christian Medical Association of India where he was as an IT Manager since 2017. He will be based out of our Delhi office.
Dr Prabhu is a Medical graduate with experience in clinical and public health programs. He has been associated with SHARE INDIA since 2018 to monitor and provide clinical support to ART program and as closely coordinate activities of Center of Excellence, providing advanced Dr Prabhu oversees program implementation at Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh.
Dr Mahesh Mhetre holds a post graduate degree in Environment and Public Health from the University of Salford – Manchester (UK). Dr Mhetre has a decade experience in the public health sector particularly in Nutrition, HIV/AIDS, and TB project with technical expertise in M&E, capacity building through supportive supervision and implementation of the project activities in a time-bound manner.
Ms. Nalini has over 13 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs and has worked with several well-established NGOs, leading Corporates and Government sectors. She was part of data analysis, National ART centers assessment across the country. Her role has been providing technical assistance to ART centers in data management and reporting, developing M & E tools & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality of data through data audits.
Mr. G. Ramesham has more than 13 years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation. He possesses excellent skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. He has been a part of several Public Health programs at National, State and District levels and worked with agencies like HLFPPT, CARDTS, and APSACS. His role involves providing site level technical assistance in data management & ensure data quality.
Mr. Praveen Kumar is a social worker with over 15 years of experience in public health programmes specializing in HIV/AIDS sector. He has held major positions in PEPFAR funded CDC projects at SHARE INDIA- APAIDSCON, NISCHIT and played an active role in mentoring and strengthening the capacities of ART centres in Andhra Pradesh. His areas of expertise include capacity building of health staff, institutional strengthening, training and technical assistance.
Mr. Ajith Rao has over 15 years of diversified experience working in the development sector which includes Government sector to grassroot NGOs to technical support agencies. He has held different positions as a Community Organizer to Project Coordinator in agencies like Plan India which helped to understand and gain practical knowledge of communities and their needs.
At SHARE INDIA, he provides site level technical assistance to ART centers to improve access and quality of services to people.
Dr Uma Kranth Kumar joined project NISCHIT Plus as a Technical Officer. He is a medical graduate with over 10 years of clinical experience and has extensively worked in medical emergency departments.
Dr Ajay Rajendran is a medical graduate with nearly a year and half clinical experience in corporate hospitals and has worked in the medical emergency department. He will be based out of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
Ms. D Shanta comes with more than 18 years of multi-sector programme management and community development experience. Her interests lie in innovations and sustainable development programmes for the most marginalized communities. She has worked in various international organizations like CARE India, FHI360 and TATA Trusts, India’s largest philanthropic organization. She has the expertise in managing, implementing and monitoring large-scale public health and community development programmes i.e., NPCDCS, HIV/AIDS, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, Livelihood Interventions supported by EU, World Bank and USAID which were implemented for the most marginalized communities.
Having worked in the field of HIV for nearly 10 years, she has technically guided the design and implementation of Community led Structural Interventions CLSI approach in HIV/AIDS programme among communities across the state of Andhra Pradesh. She is experienced in system strengthening of Integrated Child Development Program ICDS, addressing social equity issues for improving nutrition outcomes among the communities in Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Seera Chandra Mouli holds a post-graduate degree in Social Work from Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Mouli come to SHARE INDIA with an experience of nearly 17 years having worked in various capacities in the HIV sector specifically in health and community development programs with HLFPPT as a Program Officer in the Technical Support Unit (TSU). He has also worked closely with the Government departments such as DM&HO. He has joined project NISCHIT Plus Treatment as a Sr. Project Officer.
Mr. John Wesley holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and English Literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Post-Graduation Diploma in Planning and Project Management from University of Hyderabad. He has a decade of experience in public health particularly HIV prevention, care, support, treatment among high risk groups, children and families infected & affected by HIV/AIDS along with three years of technical and monitoring support for TI’s and a year in OVC component with the children of key populations in PEPFAR cluster districts and six years of experience in Community Development and Ecological Conservation have given me opportunity to be part of programs like CHAHA, VIHAAN and Targeted Interventions (TI) respectively.
He has also worked in LINKAGES Project for two years by fulfilling all the designated responsibilities in the PEPFAR cluster districts of Andhra Pradesh with the aim to accelerate the ability of Governments, key population (KP) organizations and private sector providers to plan, deliver and optimize services that reduce HIV transmission among KP resulting in – Increased availability of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services, including reliable coverage across the continuum of care – Demand for comprehensive prevention, Care and treatment services among key populations enhanced and sustained – Strengthened systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for key populations.
Mr. G. Nagendra Jagadish holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology as a topper from Osmania University with Education and Communication and also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Andhra University. With over 16 years of experience in the development sector, he has been associated with several non-profits and Government organizations at the District and State level. During his tenure he supported several training programmes, reported, monitored, supervised, worked on IEC materials, implemented the NACP and all HIV/AIDS related programmes and projects at the district level.
His work was acknowledged and appreciated by APSACS who recognized him with the State Best Service Award, Govt. of AP for the year 2017 and he received the Best employee award from the District Collector three times. He has done commendable work in the field of elimination of Paediatric HIV transmission from 2012 in West Godavari District, were they had zero cases of a HIV positive babies for 18 months from 2012-18. His contributions include-Linkages of PLHA’s to Government schemes through DAPCU Led Single Window Helpdesk and he pioneered in EMTCT with NACO, APSACS and ICMR Representatives and conducted data check in Guntur District
Mr. Ramesh Babu joined NISCHIT Plus as a Project Officer. He completed his Masters in Social Work and has nearly 17 years of experience in the Development sector in different roles. He has 2 years’ experience in the rural development sector and about 15 years’ experience in the HIV / AIDS sector. He worked as an ICTC Consultant and moved on to be the District ICTC Supervisor. In 2011, he was honored with the best employee award. He also worked as a Project Officer in the Technical Support Units based at East Godavari District providing technical support to NGO partners. His recent assignment was that of a State Coordinator in Andhra Pradesh in HIV / AIDS Alliance in the LINKAGES program.
Mr. Kavuri Ratna Kumar, holds a Postgraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Masters in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Sociology. He has 18 years’ experience in HIV/AIDS related programs and livelihoods. He has strong skills in advocacy with media and line departments. He has capacitated Community Based Organisations and HIV positive networks. He is a good trainer, motivates the team to achieve project goals and will be based in Guntur.
Mr. Kedam Raja Kumar, joined Project NISCHIT Plus as a Project Officer. He has over 12 years of experience in the social development sector. After the completion of MBA in HR, he was associated with various reputed organizations such as YRG Care, HLFPPT, ChildFund India, SAATHII, and WORD Organization. He has experience working in the field of HIV/AIDS, Care and support, TB and Corporate Social Responsibility. Mr. Kumar has worked for over 6 years, focused on HIV/AIDS prevention. His major strengths are capacity building, public private liaising, IEC development and team management.
Mr. Shaik Amina Saheb has a post graduate degree in Social Work. He has nearly 16 years of experience working in the Public Health sector and Research Field. He has worked in various sectors which include grass root level organizations to State level organizations including APSACS. He also has experience in conducting large-scale social marketing surveys and has extensive working experience in the field of HIV / AIDS.
Mr. K. Sudhakar has a post graduate degree in Rural Development. He has 16 years of experience of working in the development sector and has worked with various organizations including APSACS. He will be based out of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. G. V. Durga Appa Rao holds a post graduate degree in human resource management (MHRM) from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He has over 15 years of experience working in various capacities in the development sector and has extensively worked in HIV prevention activities, HIV care & support activities, disaster preparedness activities, community development and capacity building. He will be based out of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
Ms. Y. Manjula has completed her MBA from JNTU with nearly 11 years of experience in healthcare sector in several positions. She will be contributing her services towards the project as a Project Officer.
Ms. Usha Pani holds a post graduate degree in Social Work from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. She has over 10 years of experience working in Non-Government organizations in the field of HIV/AIDS in various capacities. She will be based out of Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
Ms. Soni Lal holds a post graduate degree in Social Work from the Andhra University and has over 5 years of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS, adolescent health, and nutrition and women empowerment programs. She will be based out of Vizianagaram.
Mrs. Preeti Malaiya holds a post-graduate degree in Arts and bachelor’s degree in Education. She joined as a Project Officer (PO), AE Monitoring and Supportive Supervision of ART centres and will be based out of Bhopal.
Mr. C. Nagarjuna holds a Masters in Social Work degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Masters degree in Commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University. He has over 10 years of experience in the development sector predominantly in HIV prevention, care, support and treatment among high-risk groups, partners and families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. He has also worked at the State level as an M & E Officer at TSU-HLFPPT Andhra Pradesh by rendering technical support to TI/LWSs.
Ms.Prathyusha has about a decade of technical expertise in documentation and research, conceptualizing and development of communication strategies and content creation. She also had significant supervisory management experience working with communities and organizations on issues pertaining to public health and social and behavioral change communication.
As a Communication Specialist at SHARE INDIA, Prathyusha supports in reporting and documentation of project activities, developing knowledge management products like case stories and taking up other communications activities.
Mr. S.B.H. Prasad holds a Master in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University and Diploma in Computer Application from Andhra Pradesh Government. He has over 15 years of experience in HIV/AIDS prevention projects by HLFPPT, APSACS, CFI. At the district level position, he has worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and District Resource Person at Child Fund India organization, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Suresh Sunkara holds a Graduate degree in Computer Application from the Acharya Nagarjuna University. His prior experience includes 1.3 years of experience at a Primary Health Centre, Sangamjagarlamudi, Guntur District as a data processing officer through APTECH Agency, 3 years’ experience at Global Heath Process Solutions as Production Executive, 3 years’ experience at World Tech as Production Executive, 4 experience at Indian Institute of Public of the Heath as Research Associate in Road Safety-10 Project and 5 years’ experience in Biryanis and More Pvt. Ltd. as Manager.
Mr. M. Apparao holds a Masters in Social Work Degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the Andhra University. He has over 15 years of experience in the development sector predominantly in HIV prevention, care, support and treatment among high-risk groups, partners and families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. He has also worked at the District level as an M & E Officer and District Resource Person at Child Fund India-LWS Program, Andhra Pradesh by rendering technical support to TI/LWS.
Mr. K.K. Avadhanulu holds a Graduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University with a total of 14 years of experience in Data Analyst Cum Administrator in Sri Chaitanya Jr. Colleges Hyderabad.
Mr. K. N. V. Venkateswarlu holds a Master of Degree and Commerce and Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Andhra University. He has over 10 years of experience in HIV prevention, Care Support and Treatment among high risk groups, parents and families infected and effected by HIV/AIDS. He has also worked at the APSACS as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer under the Care Support and Treatment Division.
Mr. S Sai holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has a decade of experience in public health, particularly HIV prevention, care, support, and treatment among high-risk groups, children, and families infected & affected by HIV/AIDS along with a year in the OVC component with the children of key populations in the PEPFAR cluster districts and 5 years of experience in Community Development.
He coordinates with different district officials of ICDS, SERP, tribal welfare and health to converge and contribute delivery of RIGP interventions. Mr. Sai also monitors ongoing project locations in the district and extends necessary support to the field functionaries. He has been instrumental in care and treatment services among key populations by enhancing and sustaining project activities, strengthening systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for key populations.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Janga holds a Post-graduate degree in Information Technology from JNTU Kakinada University and a Graduate degree in Information Technology form Andhra University.He was supported Narasaraopet ART centre for 4 years as DEO and gained expertise on overall ART centres. His experience in data management helped him in utilising his expertise across all ART centres in Guntur district and DAPCU.
Mr. C. Abhishek holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the Sri Krishna Devaraya University and Diploma in Elementary Education. He has over 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and accounting, working at the Rural Integrated Development Society (RIDS) for the TI project. He was also associated with YR Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG Care) for OVC project as M&E and accounts officer for 5 months which was supported by USAID at Anantapuram.
Mr. Samuel Priyatham holds a graduate degree in Technology from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. He is based out of Kadapa district as a Data Coordinator in the NISCHIT Plus project.
Ms. Andalu has over 7 years of experience in the Public Health sector and was part of several research projects as research assistant. Her areas of expertise include data collection (qualitative) and data management. At SHARE INDIA she assists M & E team in data management.
Dr Jyoti Sharma is Ph. D in Psychology from Jamia Milla Islamia. She is specialized in Clinical Psychology. She has over 19 years of experience which includes 10 years’ experience in counselling. She has worked at NACO in various capacities in the past 8 years. She worked as a Technical Officer HIV-TB and Associate Consultant HIV - TB in National AIDS control organisation since December 2014 up to September 2021. Thereafter she worked as an Associate Consultant (PMR). She has been associated with HIV/AIDS programme for more than 15 years. She will be based out of New Delhi.
Dr Satish Kaipilyawar holds an MBBS; MHA (TISS), Fellowship from University of London (Health Promotion and Project Management) and is currently the Associate Project Director for the project at SHARE INDIA.
Dr Satish Kaipilyawar has an impressive three decades of experience in the public health and development sector. He is a Medical graduate from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, Post Graduate in Health administration from TISS Mumbai and has a fellowship from University of London, UK in Project Management and Health Promotion, has undergone various national and international trainings from WHO center of Excellence in Sondalo, Italy.
He has served on prestigious bilateral, funding and implementing international agencies like the AGA Khan foundation, DFID, USAID, PATH, BMGF and CDC supported projects. He served in diverse capacities from the grass roots implementation, leading large multi-state projects to influencing policy at National and International level. His projects and pilots have influenced National decisions like introduction of new vaccines (HepB, JE vaccine, second dose measles, HPV, ID Rabies) quality improvement of downstream vaccine implementation (micro-planning, supportive supervision, cold chain, injection safety and infection control and management) new technology introduction (VVM’s, auto-disable syringes, Cold chain, hub cutters, intradermal injection devices, jet injectors and syringe melters). He has influenced and drafted the IMA National policy on injection safety, has publications on vaccine downstream work. He was invited to present at international conferences like TECHNET, SIGN, TBUNION, Global pharmacy conferences in various countries and WHO Geneva. He was awarded IMA Diamond Jubilee national IDPL award in 2004, Honorable mention award on Injection safety from ISIPS Jordan in 2005, received 2 Global awards on “Advancing Global health” by PATH’s President on Children’s vaccine program and the HPV project.
Dr Satish has served as Chief of Party for a large USAID supported National TB project on Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization, TB Laboratory Strengthening, Pharmacy PPM project, Airborne infection control, Drug Resistant TB, TB Human Resources for health to mention a few. He has worked closely with National and State health departments and managed 5 project cycles, formed and nurtured consortia managed national and international partnerships and have leveraged technical assistance from Global and National teams for program implementation and advocacy. He has also facilitated various USAID delegations to the project sites (a group of Conservatives and Democrats from the USA – Delhi US Embassy) and organized field visits for the US Ambassador to project sites. He is currently managing the CDC supported projects on AIC, end MDR TB project, Latent TB infection management and supporting the RNTCP to improve data quality and analytics for improving program management.
Dr Sampada Bhide is a Public Health professional with over 7 years of strong public health and TB research background. With a Master Degree in Community Medicine/Public Health from the prestigious Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, she has contributed extensively to the National TB programme in the Public Health Department of Mumbai as an Assistant Medical officer. Dr Bhide is the Senior Project Manager for SHARE INDIA on CDC supported Global Health Security agenda (GHSA) projects on Airborne Infection Control, End MDRTB slum project and data use workshops for TB programme staff in Mumbai.
Dr Nikunj is a Medical doctor holding a post-graduation degree in Community Medicine from Seth G S Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He has seven years of work experience in the development sector. As a Technical Officer for the STAR Project, he works closely with various stakeholders. Dr Nikunj is currently playing an active role in the End MDR-TB in Dharavi project.
Dr Ganesh Chandra Mallick holds a Ph.D. degree in Anthropology. He comes with over a decade-long experience in the development sector. His expertise is in the areas of reproductive health, migrants’ health, HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB). In the past, Dr Ganesh worked with MAMTA Health Institute as Regional Manager in three Global Fund projects-Axshya, JEET and Unite to ACT on TB care & control and Triggerise funded TIKO project on promotion of SRH health using digital platforms. He was associated with the International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) as a team lead (Research Associate) in ICMR funded National Task Force Project on Migrants’ Health in Kolkata. His area of expertise includes research, project management and monitoring & evaluation. He has published a book and eight papers concerning these subjects. He is based out in Delhi at Central TB Division (CTD) and works with SHARE INDIA as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) in NISCHIT Plus TB Project.

He also has to his credit working as a Business Development Executive, Marketing department at Religare Technologies, Western Zone, Gujarat; Business Development Executive Marketing & Admin Department; Human Diagnostics, Gujarat and as a Trial Coordinator – STREAM Study stageII, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Dr Pramod Reddy holds a MBBS from P.R.China, MD in Community Medicine from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences,Telangana, a Fellowship in Diabetology from IMA Hyderabad and a post-graduate diploma in environmental sciences from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He will be based out of Telangana with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – TB Mukt Bharat IPC.
Dr Anand Kumar is a Public Health professional and holds a post graduate degree in Public health from KLE University with over 7 years’ experience in public health and research. He has worked in public and private sectors in the implementation of health projects. He started his career as a District Epidemiologist in NHM Karnataka, District Program specialist in implementation of WHO funded project at a not-for-profit organization and has also worked as a Field Manager for a research study at ICMR-NARI.
Mr. Arindam Mukherjee holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Visva Bharati University, Sanitiniketan, West Bengal. Mr. Mukherjee has 20 years of experience working in the field of TB, maternal and child health, research in basic education and health, monitoring & evaluation.Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, he worked with FIND India as State Operations Manager for JEET Project based in Kolkata West Bengal (WB) and had the experience working in Government of WB Health Dept in ASHA Programme, NHM. He was associated with various organizations such as NIBMG, GLRA India, CINI, Action Aid India and Pratichi (India) Trust. He will be based out of West Bengal with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – TB Mukt Bharat IPC.
Mr. Sandeep Kasukurthy holds a post-graduate degree in M.Sc. Medical Microbiology and has 12 years of experience in Diagnostic investigations, Quality Assurance and Infection Control in Clinical laboratories. Mr Kasukurthy started his career as a Laboratory Technician under the ICMR Project “Establishment of Diagnostic Virology Lab-Grade-1”, at RMRC (ICMR) Port Blair, A&N Islands and worked as a Junior Microbiologist at Microbiology Department, DDRC-SRL(Ranbaxy), Diagnostics Pvt Ltd, Kochi, Kerala. He has worked in the capacity of a Technical Officer under Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND Geneva), project for the Strengthening/ Up-grading of Laboratories for the Detection of MDR-TB Cases in India, under the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program (RNTCP) at National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (ICMR), Chennai.
Mr. Kasukurthy has also worked as a Regional Laboratory Quality Consultant under Labs for Life project-CDC, USA, NACO, New Delhi – partnership project for implementing QMS as per ISO 15189 (2012) guidelines in selected Govt hospital Clinical laboratories of Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, Krishna, and Guntur districts) and Telangana (Warangal and Mahabubnagar districts). He has worked in the capacity of Laboratory Specimen Manager at Johns Hopkins India Pvt Ltd (BJ Govt Medical College - Clinical Research Site,Pune and was responsible for supervising Biorepository, LIS and shipments. Hewill be based out of Vijayawada with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – ARPA.
Mr. Sunil Savita has been involved in the development sector for the last 9 years in different projects. Prior to SHARE INDIA he was working as a State ACSM Coordinator at Shimla Himachal Pradesh, under the Union and was a Deputy director in the Project of Patient Provider Support Agency” (PPSA) on END TB, towards private sector engagement, and notification as per the key indicator of NSP 2017-2025. Mr. Savita also worked in the 23 Districts of Madhya Pradesh towards implementation of the PPSA project which involved managing and supervising 450 field staff including District Program Manager, Program Manager, Treatment Coordinator and CHR etc. He also worked as a District Coordinator in the TB Saharia Project under the ICMR.
His job responsibilities involved coordination with private healthcare institutes for integration of RNTCP and DOTs, implementation of entrepreneurship model of DOTS services in the rural as well as urban slum, monitoring of service providers for quality services, coordination with DMCS, DTOs, CMOS, STO etc. from grass root to state level officials for eradication of TB and compiling summary reports for the Government. His role also involved networking and advocacy at local, district and state level, capacity building of partners focusing on system reformation and mentoring, His M&E experience involved tracking indicators and ensuring the desired target achieved in a given timeline. Mr. Savita has joined as a Program Officer at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Ms. Jaya Nair has over 10 years of experience in the social development sector. She has worked with several TB and HIV projects executed in Mumbai. She has championed for the rights of People Living with HIV and other Marginalized groups, been part of various technical committees for Equal Access to treatment and the HIV/AIDS Bill and the fight against section 377. She was awarded as a youth ambassador in the year 2006 for her work in HIV, by the then Union Minister for Sports Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyer. Ms. Nair has received an Honours in English Literature from Elphinstone College, Mumbai. She coordinates the activities of ‘End MDR TB in Dharavi’ Project for SHARE INDIA. She is also involved in facilitating workshops for data use workshops for TB RNTCP programme staff in Mumbai.
After completing her MSW from Pune University, Ms. Smita Waghmare has extensively engaged in the field of child rights, HIV AIDS and TB for over 13 years. She started her career in Child rights and worked extensively with Child Domestic Workers. She was later awarded the best practices of the PPTCT model in Maharashtra by NACO. She coordinates the activities of ‘End MDR TB Dharavi’ Project for SHARE INDIA. She is also involved in facilitating workshops for data use workshops for TB RNTCP program staff in Mumbai.
Ms. Chandni Srinivasan holds a post graduate degree in psychology. She has been working in the public health space as a counselor for PLHIV and progressed into TB and leprosy programs. She has served as a Senior Advisory for prison Rehabilitation programs with Prison Departments PAN India. She will be based out of Tamilnadu with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – TB Mukt Bharat IPC.
Mr. Prakashgauda Patil holds a master in public health which includes epidemiology, biostatistics, qualitative data analysis, health planning and management, reproductive and child health, family planning, social epidemiology, national health programmes, health policy and management, research methodologies and communicable as well as Non-Communicable Diseases Prevention and Control. He completed his dissertation on “Assessment of Knowledge in Management of Complication and use of Partograph Among Skilled Health Care Providers of Government Health Centers in Belagavi Taluk”. He has 5 years of clinical experience to nursing graduates including one-year international experience in (Kuwait) and 3-year public health experience. He was involved in UNICEF project on development of IEC material of child and women empowerment. He has also worked as WHO monitor for Indradanushya program in 2018, and National Surveillance of Polio in 2018-2019.
Mr. Sanasam Bankim Chandra Singh is a graduate in B.Sc. Nursing from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune and a Masters from Maharishi Markandeshwar University Ambala. Mr. Singh worked as an Associate Professor in several Nursing Colleges across India and has a teaching experience of 9 years. He will be based out of Imphal with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – ARPA.
Ar. Aditi Upadhyay is an Architect & Planner from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Ms. Upadhyay is a partitioning Architect for the past five years and a sincere researcher for the need for gender-neutral cities. She has worked with projects of Taj hotels and Smart City – Gwalior. She has academically presented and published three papers at various conferences and is an active learner. She has pursued several workshops and seminars regarding energy-efficient and Livable, Inclusive and Healthy Housing with organizations like Center for Science & Environment, IHC.
Ms. Suvarna Potdar holds a post-graduate degree in Management Studies with specialization in Human Resources from the Mumbai University. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, Suvarna has worked in the corporate sector with nearly 13 years of HR experience. She has specifically worked in the areas of Recruitment, Administration, Employee engagement, Training and development, Employee grievance management.
Ms. Pinky Sarungbam holds a Masters in Microbiology from Assam Downtown University and is a graduate in microbiology from HNB Garhwal University Dehradun and has an overall experience of 1.5 years as a lab technician. She will be based out of Imphal with Project NISCHIT Plus TB – ARPA.
Dr T. Neerada, MBBS DGO who has joined NISCHIT Plus TB project and will be working in Andhra Pradesh. Dr Neerada has over three decades of experience in handling public health programs in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh (AP) consisting of now Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states. She is a Medical doctor specializing in Genecology from Guntur Medical College. She is a post graduate in management from National institute of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi.
She started her career as a Medical Officer at Ongole, Prakasam district and has worked in various capacities as Maternal and Child Health Officer, Family Welfare, Immunization, School Health, State Child Health and Immunization Officer, State Surveillance Officer, State TB Officer, Chief Planning Officer, Additional Director of Health for Maternal and Family Welfare and then became the Project Director, APSACS and led the organization to greater heights. She has now joined SHARE INDIA as Consultant to support ARPA project that is driven by the State TB Officer in collaboration with APSACS. She will work on TB-IPC and supporting the ARPA team at Andhra Pradesh. She will be working from Ongole, AP and will support the various TB HIV and TB centers in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Dr Ravi Raghunath Petkar graduated in Bachelor's in Ayurveda, medicine, and surgery from MUHS, Nashik, and completed a diploma in clinical research and clinical data management from Pune University. Thereafter he completed his Master’s in Public Health and Hospital Administration from Nagpur University. He has 13 years of experience in clinical studies related to Maternal and child health (Global network projects like MNH, ACT, M-SAKHI, A-PLUS etc.) in various positions in Lata medical research foundation, Nagpur. He will be based out of Nagpur.
Dr Prashant Kumar Mishra holds an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has more than five-years of post Ph.D. research experience in public health, related to tuberculosis management and implementation in particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) of Central India. Prior to SHARE INDIA, Dr Mishra worked as Scientist-B at ICMR- National Institute of Research in Tribal
Health (NIRTH), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has published several research articles in peer-reviewed journals such as PLOS One, BMJ Open, Transactions of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene, Indian Journal of Public Health and Indian Journal of Community Medicine etc. Dr Mishra delivered several oral/poster presentations in various scientific
meetings and is always ready to help his colleagues, project staff and field workers. Further to his skills, he has extensive work experience in DRTB patient’s management, ADR Management among DRTB patients, Reasons LTFU among DSTB and DRTB, TST and other EPTB and paediatric TB algorithms and article writings.
Mr. Pardeep Kumar Sangwan holds a M. Phil in Statistics and has twelve years of experience in public health research, monitoring & evaluation, program management, data analysis and leading multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked with FIND, World Health Partners, FHI 360, PHFI and PFI. He is specialized in Data Analysis (STATA, SPSS, SAS), program planning and implementation, capacity building. He will be based at Central TB Division as a Data Analyst in New Delhi.
Mr. Shasikanth Prathipati holds a Master Degree in Public Health from University of Hyderabad. He has worked as a State Public Health Consultant in the Department of Health & Family Welfare,Government of Andhra Pradesh and has five years of experience in the National TB Elimination Program as STS, DPC, APO & State Epidemiologist for NTEP, Andhra Pradesh. He will be based at Central TB Division (CTD), New Delhi as a Consultant – Data Analyst.
Mr. K. Dileep Kumar holds a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work(MSW) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with specialization in Computers Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has 14 years of experience essaying different roles like data entry operator, M&E assistant, Project Associate data analysis and M&E officer. His working experience in different fields like HIV, TB, hypertension and diabetes has given him the expertise to handle different types and volumes of data sets that helped develop project specific monitoring tools. He has been associated with several organizations like HLFPPT, LEPRA society, Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) through his previous work experience. His core strengths are Data management, Project Monitoring, Data analysis and Periodical Evaluation. He will be based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Mayur Khandelwal holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a diploma in Computers from NIIT. Prior to SHARE INDIA, he worked with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in project JEET, ATCS and in GENPACT as a Consultant & Process Developer. During his tenure, he worked with BFSI and Healthcare industry (Merck/MSD) clients in the US and EU on different strategic and analytical initiatives in the domain of data research, business planning, and process alignment.Mr. Khandelwal has rich experience of working for Infectious diseases (TB and Hepatitis), Men-Women and Children's health (HPV and Pediatric vaccines) and Non-Communicable diseases (Cancer) programs. Outside of work, he volunteers actively in social work, enjoys watching documentaries and walking whenever he finds the time for it. He will be based out of Jaipur.
Mr. Anuj Kumar has experience of more than 7 years of experience in the state Government projects in Bihar. Prior to SHARE INDIA, he has worked in the capacity asstate head for several Government projects in Bihar, under the Ministry of Rural Development, Governmentof India. He will be based out of Patna.
Mr. Ajay Kumar holds a Master’s in Sociology (Social Science) and has been associated with the development sector for the past 7 years. During his 7 years of experience in Public Health, he has successfully implemented many complex target driven projects in the field of TB. In his previous assignment, he was associated with TB Alert India and was responsible for implementing PMTPT (Programmatic management of TB Preventive therapy) and has expertise in large scale data management and analysis. He will be based out of Chhattisgarh.
Ms. Sharwari Ambhore holds a graduate and post graduate degree in Biotechnology and Biochemistry respectively. Prior to SHARE INDIA she was working as a Clinical Data Analyst in the Clinical research field in various therapeutic areas such as Arthritis, Hemophilia, Arthritis and Cancer related studies. Thereafter she completed her Masters in Business analytics to upskill her skills. She joined Project NISCHIT Plus TB as Data Manager.
Ms. Manisha Kadam is a result oriented professional with exposure in digital marketing, public health policies, program management, statistical analysis using (MS excel & statistical software). She is experienced in working with public health department, Government of Maharashtra (GoM) as monitoring & evaluation officer. Her expertise lies in advanced excel and data analytical skill. She is well versed with GoM and GoI Health portals. She is experienced in planning and implementation of new activities. She is certified in advanced data analytics by Board of Advanced Studies & Research, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (2021).
Ms. Papita Pralhad Gajbhiye has been working as a Field Coordinator for the HAaLT project for the last two years prior to joining SHARE INDIA. She has a total of 5 years of experience as a Field Coordinator in other organizations. She will be based out of Nagpur for Project HaALT .
Mr. Pratik holds a graduate and post-graduate degree in Social work from Nagpur University with specialization in medical and psychiatric work. He will be based out of Nagpur for Project HaALT as a Field Coordinator .
Ms. Akanksha Dhore holds a Masters in social work from Nagpur and joined SHARE INDIA under the HAaLT project as a Consultant Field Coordinator. She has a total of one years of experience in the field of social work.
Mr. S. Lokabiram comes with two decades of experience in HIV/AIDS in various capacities namely project management, monitoring & evaluation, research and implementing technological solutions. He was earlier with the Labs for Life project implemented by Christian Medical Association of India which was supported by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, managing technology and innovations. He will be based out of our Delhi office.
Dr Mahalingam Periasamy is a medical doctor with a post graduate specialization in Sexually Transmitted Infections & Cosmetology. He has over eighteen years of experience in implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes for STD/HIV prevention among Most at Risk Population (MARPs) and care & support for People living with HIV (PLHIV). He has diversified his work at the state, national & international level for scaling-up HIV prevention, blood safety, laboratory quality assurance, care, support and treatment programmes.
Dr Periasamy has been instrumental in providing technical support to organizations like Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society (TANSACS), Tamil Nadu Health Systems Project (TNHSP) – NCD programme, National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) – STI, Blood safety & Lab services divisions, India, National STD AIDS Control Program (NSACP) – STI/ HIV Lab services division, Sri Lanka and Malaysian AIDS Council- CST division, Malaysia. Liaising with the Government sector in STI & HIV programmes and health systems strengthening (Bio medical waste management, hospital infection control) have been his core strength.
Mr. Mahesh Kumar Suryadevara is a Lead, Strategic Information who holds a Masters in Computer Application (MCA) degree with over 16 years of experience in Health and HIV/AIDS Programme Related Data Management and Analysis.
He has extensive experience in grass-root level community development programmes, monitoring and evaluation of social sector projects; capacity building; module development; stakeholders consultation; need assessment and analysis; project formulation, programme supervision for effective implementation; programme evaluation through participatory approach; organizational development; quantitative analysis, impact assessment, M & E framework, liaison with various Government departments. He currently manages the Viral Load (VL) testing and National External Quality Assurance data in the country by providing technical assistance to the National AIDS Control Organization, State AIDS Control Societies and the VL laboratories.
Mr. CH.S.Naidu is a Health Care Services Management and Continuous Improvement Professional with 30 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, stakeholders’ management in HIV/AIDS related programs. Has 7 years’ experience in implementation of quality management systems in ICTCs, SRLs and Viral load testing laboratories. Completed MBA - Healthcare Management, M.Phil. - Total Quality Management in Medical and Laboratory services. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, Master Black Belt and Champion in lean six sigma applications for continuous improvement of the services and process. Also trained on Project Management from IIM-A, Gujarat, India.
His roles and responsibilities include, advocacy with principals, medical superintendents for implementation lab related activities in Govt. Medical Colleges and obtaining approvals from Commissioner APVVP and DME offices to implement HIV/COVID related capacity building activities. Mr. Naidu has also been instrumental in pursuing with the department of pathology and OBGY to conduct the self-assessment on cervical cancer screening activities in all Govt. Medical Colleges. He facilitated and prepared the VL lab teams for audit by GFATM teams and developed action plans for VL labs/SRLs/ICTCs for NABL accreditation by advocating with the Nodal officers and HoDs and Principals to undertake and support the VL lab staff.
Dr Meher Vani has 18 years of experience in Mycobacterial clinical research with a niche area in Immunology, Molecular biology, biomarker development in leprosy Neuropathies. She developed and piloted the demonstration model for the transportation of viral load specimen in the State of Telangana. She is passionate about translational research and biomarker development for neuropathies in both infectious and non-communicable diseases. Her focus of work in the public sector Viral load labs involves strengthening and capacity building the staff in technical aspects of viral load testing in AP, TS along with the other states in South.
Mr. Pankaj Ghatbandhe is an experienced professional with a background of Laboratory Quality Management, audits, regulatory requirements and clinical research. He has completed his Postgraduate in Life-Science and has more than 16 years of experience in clinical and laboratory research. He holds a Diploma of a ‘Certified Clinical Research Investigator’ and is a qualified laboratory QC investigator that was organized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Dr Kirti Rajpurkar has 9 years of experience in the Public health domain. She has held the positions of Technical Officer and Deputy Quality Manager at the Microbiology Department with the Mumbai District AIDS Control Society and the State Reference Laboratory – J.J. Hospital, Mumbai. Dr Rajpurkar is a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the prestigious T.N. Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai. She is also a certified Internal Auditor as per ISO 15189: 2012 and has vast experience and knowledge of NABL accreditation. She has also essayed the role of Project Manager to Airborne Infection Control (AIC) and played an active role in the implementation of AIC activities in Mumbai and mentoring the AIC team.
Dr Nawaj Shaikh has joined SHARE INDIA and will be working as a Regional Coordinator from Thane. He has experience working with HIV and STI laboratory work and QC program since the last 12 years. Dr Shaikh has completed his Ph.D. in HIV from NARI, Pune. He has been associated with the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) as a Resource person for GLP training all over India, CD4 laboratory, IQC, EQAS program and worked for NARI NABL accreditation. He was instrumental in creating the logo for Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Government of India for it’s new National Education Policy which will come into force next month. He has been acknowledged and felicitated for this by the HRD Minister, Government of India.
Dr E. Sasidhar Reddy holds a Doctoral Degree in Biochemistry. Prior to SHARE INDIA, he was working as a Virology Laboratory In-charge with NRIMS. Mr. Reddy’s interest lies in molecular biology, protein-DNA interactions, transcription factors, genetic engineering cloning, gene expression and bioinformatics research, comparative genomics, gene networks, and protein classification. He will be based out of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Md. Faheem a Post Graduate in Social Work with more than 9 years’ experience, working with HIV/AIDS programme of NACO. He has skills in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Interpretation and reconciliation of data obtained from a variety of sources using Excel and SPSS. His role involves giving technical support for the demonstration model for specimen transport and referral system and validation of collection of an undiluted plasma specimen in a closed evacuated system for HIV-1 Viral Load.
Mr. Ajith Kumar is an IT Professional with over 15 years’ of experience in a multi sector environment and has worked with numerous National and International public health organizations in India and abroad. During his tenure he played multiple roles in Information Technology that includes several web-based MIS applications, website development, GIS mapping, data administration and analysis, graphic designing for print & electronic media and publications. Dr Puleno Kennao holds a PhD and post graduate degree in Forensic Science. She has to her credit nearly four years of experience in research and has about 8 papers published to her credit in both National and International journals. Dr Kennao will be based out of Kohima, Nagaland.
Ms. Chhavi Garg holds an MBA post graduate degree and is a Healthcare Professional with over 4 years’ experience in the public health space working in Laboratory Quality improvement projects at the National level. She is a trained Internal auditor ISO 15189, Lean Six Sigma and NABH Internal Auditor. She has the capacity to handle complex administrative and technical functions which involves coordination with multiple-stakeholders from National and International agencies while working in the National Level Health projects.
Mr. Syed Rizwan Hasan Razvi holds Bachelors in Biotechnology, Biochemistry & Chemistry and Masters in Genetics from Osmania University. Mr. Razvi worked as a Junior Scientist at RR Animal Health Care Ltd, where he was responsible for establishing SPILD (the human health care division). He is an experienced Biological Specialist for Production and Quality Control at Tawasef Biotech. During the course of his education, he has published four research papers in internationally renowned journals. He will be based out of Hyderabad.
Ms. Gayathri Karavadi has joined LaQSH Plus in the capacity of Project Associate. She has completed her Masters in Public Administration. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, she has worked with M/S. Coastal Oil & Gas, Karvy Consultants Ltd, Deccan Enterprises and Medwin Hospitals in various capacities.
Ms. Anjli Singal holds an MBA in Health care from Chitkara University and graduated in B.Sc. MLT. She has worked in several corporate hospitals. She will be based in Delhi working as a Project Associate.
Dr Edwin Sam Asirvatham is a public health professional, specializing in health systems, policy, and management. He has over 20 years of experience in public health program management, health system strengthening, HIV/AIDS, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has extensive experience working with NGOs, UN organizations, academic institutions, CDC & USAID-funded projects. Dr Edwin has conducted several large-scale health research studies and published a number of scientific and technical papers. He holds a PhD in Health Systems & Policy and is a Post-Graduate in Health Management. With his vast experience, he will be in the Project LaQSH team as Technical Lead – Strategic & Knowledge Management.
Mr. M. Raghu holds a bachelors in science, medical laboratory technology. He has been working as Laboratory Technician for the past 7 years at various hospitals namely Apollo Spectra Hospital, Secunderabad, Microbiology Department NRI Medical College-Mangalagiri and Virology Department, Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada. He will be based out of Vijayawada.
Mr. Ch. Yugandhar holds a MSc. in Microbiology. He has been working as senior laboratory technician, Lab in-charge and Quality Manager for the past 11 years at various Hospitals and Laboratories including Vijaya Diagnostic centre, Vizag Microbiology Department, SRL Diagnostics Vizag Microbiology, Bio Chemistry and Pathology Department, VRDL Lab KGH Vizag, KIMS icon hospital Vizag Microbiology, Molecular and Genetics Department and Department of Microbiology, HIV testing and Viral Load Laboratory, Andhra Medical College, Vizag .
Dr Prashant Vennela is a Medical and Management Professional with over 11 years of experience in Public Health, Clinical selling and Health Informatics. He has completed his Bachelors in Dental Surgery from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India and Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Findlay, Ohio, USA. He has several training programmes to his credit, which include Project Management from IIM-A, Gujarat, India, Clinical and operations research from the University of Pittsburgh, USA and Joint Commission International (JCI) on Accreditation of Hospitals. Dr Vennela has served as a Subject Matter Expert to HP on a Tele-medicine project and as an Infection Prevention Specialist for key corporate hospitals across India.
Dr Neema Joseph is a self-motivated and passionate Public Health advocate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Institute of Dental Studies and Technologies, Ghaziabad. Thereafter she pursued her Master’s in Public Health from JIPMER, Puducherry. Her area of interest lies in Tobacco Control, Health System Strengthening and NCD Epidemiology. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA she was working as the Assistant State Program Officer, Puducherry under a multi-centric Tobacco Control project by PGIMER, Chandigarh. She comes with several publications under her belt and will be based out of Hyderabad.
Ms. Sailaja Bonu has joined Project BOLSTER as a Project Officer. Ms. Sailaja has done her M.Sc. Nursing Obstetrical and Gynecological and has about 9 years of experience in teaching and clinical areas. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA, she was associated with Metas College, Andhra Pradesh as a Lecturer. She also worked with CARE India, Bihar as a Senior Nurse and as a Clinical trainer in Engender Health, Karnataka.
Ms. Madhala Kalpana holds a nursing graduate degree with over 9 years of experience in Public Health. She is highly skilled as a registered nurse and has rich experience in teaching. She has extensively worked at the grass root level in Public Health in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra. She has clinical teaching experience of three years in Andhra Pradesh and Non-clinical experience of four years in Bihar and two years in Maharashtra respectively and has a good understanding in implementing research projects. She has also been conducted numerous trainings as a Master trainer, on various flagship programs in Public Health.
She has been instrumental in supporting and coordinating in capacity building of staff on COVID-19, gender-based violence during pandemic.
Ms. Arya S. Nair holds a Masters in Hospital management with specialization in Infection Control and Prevention management after having completed B.Sc. Nursing in 2012. Prior to SHARE INDIA she was a practicing critical care and public health professional for eight years working as an IEC trainer for Sexual gender-based violence with Médecins Sans frontiers at New Delhi. She was also part of Malnutritional project in Bihar with Médecins Sans frontieres and worked in the capacity of a critical care nurse in pediatrics.
Ms. B. Sridevi is an accomplishedhealthcare professional who holds a post graduate degree in Hospital and healthcare management and a graduate degree in nursing. She is a recipient of the Pratibha award in 2009 from the then Honorable ChiefMinister ofthe State of Andhra Pradesh. She has worked with the Ministry of Defence where she applied her managerial skills and strategies in work processes. She is an avid learner and also holds a Certificateof the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) during the pandemic. She has joinedProject BOLSTER-IPC as a Project Officer.
Mr. Gaurav Ahuja has nearly 16 years of rich national and international experience in blending intellect, insight and sharp planning skills for project management. From Concept designing to detailed drawings, keeping the form simple and easy to executing on site. Targeting assignments in Lab Designing as per available space, connecting end user ideas and designing the layouts in accordance with the most recent IPHL principles and block public health units. He has joined Project BOLSTER – Surveillance as Lead Architect.
Mr. Amit Kumar holds a Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry from CSJM University Kanpur, Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics (APGDB) from Pondicherry Central University and Post Graduate Diploma in Biostatistics and Data Management (PGDBDM) from Indian Institute of Public Health, Hyderabad. Mr. Kumar has around 7 years of professional work experience in the field of data management, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the of program and field activities. Mr. Kumar has worked with Public Health Foundation of India, Gurgaon, CARE Bihar, Evidence Action, New Delhi and Inclen International Trust, New Delhi. His major interests lie in Database management, Statistical data analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation. He will be based out of Delhi office.
Ms. Richa Kedia has worked as a consultant in the field of Public Health for over five years. She collaborated with CDC India in lab strengthening projects of National Center for Disease Control (NCDC)and National Health Mission (NHM). She is trainer for International Air Transport Association-Dangerous Goods Regulations and is also a field certifier for Biosafety Cabinets certified by NSF International. She is proficient in lab assessments, monitoring and evaluation and has also supported CDC’s COVID-19 surge support to India and online training programmes including Quality Management system (QMS) and Bio-risk Management.She has joined Project BOLSTER as a Consultant, Program Manager.
Dr Anuradha Monga holds a graduate degree from Maulana Azad Medical College and a post graduate degree from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. She was selected and has done her fellowship in Public Health Leadership and Implementation Academy for Non-communicable diseases, PH-LEADER, Emory University Atlanta in 2016. With an overall experience of 15 years, Dr Monga has worked as a clinician, academician and administrator. She has worked in the capacity of a Program Manager at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) for over 6 years. She led numerous training programs at the training division of PHFI. Prior to PHFI, she worked with the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) and Ernst and Young (EY, LLP) Delhi. Dr Monga will be based out of Delhi.
Dr Kushagr Duggal is a BHMS graduate from Delhi University and has done his Masters in Public Health (MPH) from JIPMER, Puducherry.He is experienced working in the areas of project management, public health research,demographic and health surveillance, district planning, maternal health and human resources forhealth.He has been working as a Project Manager at Maulana Azad Medical College in a BIRACproject wherein he headed a team of 16 members was worked in implementing the project activities, monitoring, supervising, community engagement and research/publications. Prior to that he has also worked at the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), Delhi. At NHSRC, his work included drafting of guidelines such as revision of IPHS, conducting visits to different health facilities in the districts of UP, Bihar, Maharashtra, Gujarat, etc. for reviewing the services and providing technical support to these States in implementation of the various National HealthProgrammes.
Dr Syeda Tahseen Kulsum is a public health professional with a BDS and a postgraduate with a diploma in hospital management (National Institute of Health and Family Welfare). Dr Kulsum has over three years of healthcare experience (2 years of clinical experience in dentistry and 1 year of public health practice at the National Level). She has helped to draft the guidelines which include: Indian Public Health Standards 2022, Integrated Public Health Labs, Public Health Management Cadre and strengthening secondary care services .
Ms. Archi Shukla is a Chemistry major and her interest in programming languages and data science led me to the interdisciplinary field of Bioinformatics. A very practical person with a passion for science and someone who likes to solve problems. A self-starter interested in computer aided drug design and high-throughput analysis of genomic data and other kinds of biological data. She has joined Project BOLSTER as a Consultant-Bioinformatics.
Mr. Raj Kapoor holds an Architectural Diploma from BTE-Delhi and Perusing IIA. Prior to SHARE INDIA he was working as a Manager-Architect in Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd at Sushant Golf City, Lucknow and A 6450 acres of project at Sultanpur road, Lucknow. He will be based out of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh .
Ms. Akshita Singh is a public health professional having five years of experience in public and international organisations. Ms. Singh started her career from National health systems resource centre for health system strengthening, implementation of National initiatives and capacity building. She is experienced in working under the aspirational district initiative by the Government of India (GoI) and under COVID-19 pandemic for positive case management in Haryana. She had the opportunity of working for CDC-APHL for surveillance activities and health system strengthening in various states.She has joined Project BOLSTER as a Consultant-Surveillance.
Mr. Kishor Kumar Watwani holds post graduate degrees in Social Work from Vardhman Open University-Kota and post graduate degree in commerce-EAFM from Rajasthan University. Prior to SHARE INDIA he was associated with National Health Mission, Jaipur, Rajasthan as a Program Assistant cum Data Coordinator in maternal health department. Mr. Watwani worked extensively on data related to Government schemes like Maternal Death Review, Dakshta, LaQshya, CAC, IMEP, FMR and the Annual project implementation plan(PIP).
Mr. Sanjay Verma holds a post graduate degree and has worked as a Field Supervisor through his prior work experience from APHL.
Ms. Shikha has previously worked as a GHS Consultant for APHL-CDC's Biosafety and Biosecurity Project where she was engaged in accessing the base line capacity of existing laboratories in India.She has joined Project BOLSTER as a Consultant-Biorisk Management Coordinator.
Dr Shikha Dhawan has 19+ years of experience in Health Research, Public Health, Post-doctorate in Biomedical Research (USA), PhD in Microbiology (India), PGDM in Biotechnology Business Management (India) with expertise in infectious diseases; implementation of National Health Programs-National Tuberculosis Elimination Program and National AIDS Control Programs, Government of India. Dr Dhawan has managed novel vaccine projects and translational activities for development of vaccines from lab to humans. Her strengths include Monitoring and Evaluation, Infectious Diseases, Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Diagnostics, HIV AIDS Act (2017), Information Education Communication (IEC) and Mainstreaming, Quality Management Systems, ISO Standards, Pre-clinical & Clinical Research, GCP, GLP, GCLP, Product Development and Biotechnology. She has demonstrated acumen in strategic inputs, policy decisions, development sector sustainability, capacity building, resource mobilization, partnership, networking and people management with technical, business organization, decision-making and solution implementation skills.
Ms. Samridhi Uniyal is Lead-Policy, Law and Stigma on the GFATM-NACO Project. Her work focuses on strategy development for addressing HIV-related stigma and discrimination, raising legal awareness, advancing legal and human rights responses and ensuring an effective implementation of the HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017. She is pursuing her interest in human rights law and has previously worked for the legal rights of the urban street vendor and regulating street vending in India. Samridhi holds an LL.B. degree from Jindal Global Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
Ms. Bushra Rizvi Holds an M.Phil. in Public Health and MBA in Health and Hospital Management with over 5 years of experience in the public health sector particularly in adolescent and women sexual and reproductive health rights, STDs/STIs, empowerment of adolescentsand environmental health in various organizations. Her interest has led her to associate with various organizations like Population council, CEHAT, Girl Effect, CREA, ICRW, Centre for Disease Dynamics, Economics and Policy and Kadence International Pvt. Ltd. and academic institutions i.e., Jawahar Lal Nehru University and University of Sussex.
She has been immensely involved in the on ground as well as behind the desk research on various themes. She has been instrumental in providing research designs for qualitative and quantitative research projects, designing surveys, monitoring and evaluation of the social and public health projects in her past organizations. She will be providing support in the GFATM project in the capacity of Program Officer – Monitoring & Evaluation and Documentation.
Mr. Karan Prasad is a marketing professional who holds a Bachelors of Commerce background with more than two years of experience in the field of digital marketing. Prior to joining SHARE INDIA as a Program Officer-Digital and Innovation, he has worked with ATechnos Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive. His responsibilities involve developing project strategy, campaign creation, brand communication and outcome analysis.
Mr. Gaurav Mehta has eight years of experience in public health, expertise in Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure Management &Project Management.He has worked with National Informatic Centre – Health Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare through WHO on National Level portal “NIKSHAY a web-based case-based application for TB patients”. Mr. Mehta is currently handling two projects funded by ICMR.
Ms. Farida Khatun is a Post graduate in Public Health Management, Certified in National Quality Assurance Standards-NHSRC, ISO 15189, NABL, NABH, Lean in healthcare with eight years of experience in healthcare. She has expertise in Quality Assurance in Laboratory, Clinical Audits and Medical Audits. Through the project she is involved in various activities for implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in TBDesignated Microscopy Centre and is involved in setting up of QMS in laboratories in the Public and Private Sector in Delhi and Odisha.
Mr. Seevan Asad Ahmed is a Post-graduate in Biotechnology with five yearsof experience in Microbiology and Molecular Laboratory. Mr. Ahmed has expertise in laboratory management, project management and technical process management. Through the project he is involved in various activities for implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in TB Designated Microscopy Centre in Delhi.
Ms. Himshweta Tyagi is a Post-graduate in Medical Microbiology with threeyears of experience in laboratories. She is well versed with TB laboratory diagnosis and testing, best practice guidelines for laboratory working procedure and work flow. Through the project she is involved in various activities for implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in TB Designated Microscopy Centre in Delhi.
Mr. Pankaj Bansalhas done M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology from CCSU, Meerut (U.P.). He has worked as a Laboratory consultant at IRL, AIIMS New Delhi in association with Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostic (FIND). He has also worked as SRF in DBT sponsored Project “Zygomycetes and Mucormycosis: Epidemiology, Taxonomy and Molecular Biology” in Mycology division, Department of Microbiology, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. He attended and presented a poster on case studies in MICROCON and SIHAM.
Mr. Mohammad Arbaz Khan has done M.Sc. in Microbiology from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P.). He has worked as a Laboratory Consultant at IRL, Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh. He is well versed with Molecular biology work and had handled job responsibilities in RNA extraction and performed conventional RT-PCR in laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19. He is also trained in methods in TB laboratory diagnosis and testing.
